Shipping & Returns

Shipping:     All orders will be shipped within two business days of being placed, by USPS First Class Mail for a flat $5.00 shipping and handling fee. Overnight shipping is available at an additional charge, so if you need your order quickly, please email me at nicolette@beadsbynicolette.com before you place your order.

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This being said, optional insurance is available for an additional $2.00.

Returns:     Due to the nature of e-commerce, you may, of course, return any item you do not care for upon receipt. If you purchase it and aren’t satisfied, just return it in its original condition for a full refund. It must be in its original packaging, and it must be in its original condition. The return must be made within 14 days, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I will refund your shipping cost if the return is a result of my error. Please email me with your return request before mailing at nicolette@beadsbynicolette.com.

Repairs:     If an item needs to be repaired due to a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, I will repair it free of charge for up to 120 days from the date of purchase. Items damaged by wearer or older than 120 days will be subject to a per-piece repair fee of between $5.00 and $20.00, plus the cost of any additional materials, as they may be needed. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
